Jane Chesson is a working artist who received her Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in Painting from the University of Delaware and her Master’s of Fine Arts in Painting from Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi. She taught numerous classes at Texas A&M University including Painting, Ceramics, Color Theory and Art History. Jane has broad experience teaching youth including in five different Boys & Girls Clubs from Delaware to Texas.  She is currently teaching adults and youth at Perkins Center for the Arts and Beth El Early Childhood Education Center in NJ and Hinge Arts in Philadelphia.  She works as a teaching artist for the Delaware Center for the Contemporary Arts in Wilmington DE and serves as Fine Arts Chairperson at Belvoir Terrace a Fine and Performing Arts Camp for girls in Massachusetts from June through August. Her work has been exhibited in NJ, DE, TX and MA among others and is held in private and public collections in TX, NJ, NY, CT, PA, CA, GA and MA among others.
